Cancellation rules for special packages

• All cancellations / changing of dates must be made in writing via e-mail.
• Requests must made be at least 30 days prior to the reserved check in date, failure to comply with this 100% of the total price for the accommodation will be charged.
• Waivers after check in (arrival): In case of departure before the reserved period ends, due to rain or other unforeseen events that the pousada is not responsibility for, the full amount for the period booked or the package will be charged without any rights to cash refunds or credit for new bookings.
• Waivers without cancellation (No Show): A No Show is a waiver without cancellation, i.e. when a guest does not arrive at the pousada on the reserved date and has not given any prior written notice. The suite will be available to the guest for 24 hours after which time the reservation is cancelled as the pousada is not required to keep the reservation of the suite.
• During your stay, we are under no circumstances required to accept changes of dates and cancellations made by the guest or to return deposits due to weather conditions (rain) or any other event outside the pousada's responsibility.
